Payment is due at the time of service for initial consultations. If your pet is admitted to the hospital for a procedure, a 50% deposit is required at that time, with the balance due at the time of discharge.
For your convenience, we accept the following forms of payment:
- Check (electronically debited from your account that day)
- Credit cards (Visa/MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
- CareCredit (a low- or no-cost financing plan for qualified applicants)
- Wells Fargo Health Advantage Credit Card (Special financing for 12 months; subject to credit approval)
If you have pet health insurance, we’ll be glad to provide you with any of the necessary invoices and doctor’s notes needed for you to submit claims. ASOC does not submit insurance for pet owners.
